Prices:
Low season: End of Easter to the end of November (excluding long weekends and special events)
- One bedroom from $125 per night
- Two bedroom from $175 per night
High season : December to Easter, public holidays and special events:
- One bedroom from $145 per night
- Two bedroom from $200 per night
- A deposit of 10% is required to secure a booking.

Payments made by Visa and MasterCard incur a 2% card service fee

All refunds incur a $20 handling fee.
- Refunds will ONLY be given on cancellations made at least two weeks before arrival date.
- NO Refunds will be given on cancellations made less than two weeks before arrival date. By paying the 10% deposit you accept these conditions.
